Refund policy: Refunds are accepted on cancelled orders or orders lost in transit.​ 

Return policy: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at scruffycitycollectibles865@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are accepted if order has not shipped yet. All cancelations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund. 

Bot Policy: All transactions deemed as BOT orders will be canceled.
